CASE & POINT There was no MERGER
If there was no merger DSUS AND PV has no connection DSUS jumped the gun trading. THERE WAS NO MERGER
BUT DSUS TRADED and is still in business. And filed patents.
NO MERGER NO CONNECTION It's just a matter of settling the outstanding investors of DSUSA. as of April to November. SHARES and move on
Once again NO MERGER I have no investment in PV AND NEVER DID! or whatever you call it. As well as several other investors. I really feel the FTC will do the right thing.
TWO COMPANIES NO MERGER. and a hanging investment group.
They need to continue trading under their newly filed DSUSA. With pending auction I really feel the FTC would allow this filing as PV failed to report and did not provide proper disclosure of record. And DSUSA has it's own investment group on board to DATE! TRADED UNDER THE BUSINESS OF DSUSA.
They don't want or need more horror stories. NO MERGER > NO CONNECTION BUT A TRADED and operating business.
NOTE FOLKS THIS STOCK AS IT STANDS IS TOXIC.
UNTIL SOMETHING IS SETTLED. VERY HIGH RISK.

IT'S NUTS IF THEY THINK THEY CAN OPERATE IT when all want in the game. However a single drone Franchise can and fairly share the drone air space.
