There are convertible notes done with highly reputable players in our market that are perfectly understandable and then there are deals from hell.
We are an unaudited pink sheet subpenny stock. What kind of deal do you think we got?
If you read Deep Capture you realize that the minute you shake hands with some of these guys the easiest way and least painful way to separate yourself from them is to cut off your arm.
