I do not believe that NTEK is selling new shares t

Can anyone disprove that??
If there are shareholders that are reaching capitulation today, that is sad. They are probably not reading this particular happy board.
If this is Capitulation; it is not caused by margin transactions, because the purchase was never marginable.
It might be EOY loss planning. That might be stupid. They have to wait 30 days to get back in. Maybe they feel comfortable with that. Hard to say.
Otherwise:
Shorts and wash trades. Think about that - a short at .0054. Where is the win in that transaction?
Maybe NTEK used the millions they just raised to liquidate the convertible debt?
We are the ones who feel bad, but the shorts must feel the noose. We are down to whether or not people will buy, and at what price that happens. The industry has enough experience with pay-per-view, and we are 4K today.
On the other hand, shorts have profit coming down from .17 to .0054. They still have ammunition.
So how big is their exposure? Alan is up at 1,000,000,000 shares. It makes sense that it is a big number. There has to be some justification for this bullsh+t
