The offer combines Infor Ming.le™, the platform that promotes social collaboration and Infor ION®, purpose-built middleware to integrate Infor and third parties applications.
The suite, which will help implement a data harmonization strategy and get operational metrics in real time, will be used by more than 210 users in the United States and Italy. Users will also be able to take advantage of out-of-the-box consolidated reporting, customer service, spare parts support and service contracts planning. In addition, Infor Ming.le will broaden the user pool, enabling 200 more profiles to access information thanks to the collaboration platform.
