In case anyone is wondering why the shares are not on your brokerage account yet.....here is what is happening.
The shares are currently in the hands of the Transfer Agent for Cen Biotech. What they are doing is figuring out how many shares go to each shareholder as of the record date which was the end of day , yesterday.
Once they have that figured out and completed, they will send the shares to the brokers, who will then post them to your accounts.
They will then start with a valuation of the amount that FITX was at end of day yesterday, times 700, which will be roughly $4.00 per share.
At that point, there will be buyers and sellers for the bid and ask. It will be determined by the bidders and sellers what the open price will be. Our brokers will then set a date, along with the Company, for the shares to begin selling and will announce that date publicly.
