A BITTER SWEET WIN INDEED
I presented a case with just a small amount of facts,,, and if I won it or made good case & points.
A well funded investor with proper backing can win this as well.
That brings me to this point. It's better for DSUS Hawaii and the board to get back together, And work out this mess HEAD ON.
It's better to be in the drivers seat. It's better then to progress for a few years or sooner, and then be hit out of the blue for leaving the loose ends,, and risk losing all their hard work and on going business!
DSUS was deceived and was not given full disclosure.. Facts Presented to the FTC regulators, and already having investors in the DSUSA as of 4/27/2015 and adding a failed merger due to non disclosure.
They just might rule in favor of DSUS let them file and allow them to continue trading as DSUS giving them a clean break and fresh start as a traded company.
The other option is they are exposed to a hostel take over. or worst giving it all up to the crooks that designed this mess for them. From their point they re left with two traded companies One that is in business with patents and abandoned. I'm willing to bet THEY ARE NOT GOING TO WALK AWAY! Like DSUS I don't think they can.
One way or the other. They are going to be faced with this. And they have put too much on the table not to stay in the drivers seat.
As far as ANYBODY buying stock in this > STAY AWAY TILL THIS IS SETTLED HIGH RISK & POISON HERE..
this is a good play for someone like AMAZON / GOOGLE / BILL GATES / are BOEING someone who likes to play AND HAVE SOME NEW TOYS TO WORK WITH as well. WITH ONE BIG CHEAP STOCK GRAB.
DRONE SERVICES HAWAII can clean this mess up. They also have a great working model. They can sell this model and products world wide. They will have filed patents. They have so much to gain. And I have a feeling they will have lots of support from the FTC and FAA and other connected services to get this worked out keeping DSUS as traded company.
Look at it from the FTC's point. They want to clean up messes like this as well for investors. Makes the system look better and safer as well.
And the FAA They need the help in controlling commercial drones . I fully expect over the counter drone sales to the general public to be outlawed sooner then later. Just Like cacklers & yard darts. and a few others. May even be like fireworks, A state by state thing,
OK I'm done here. I will be watching this. Business is like a football game to me. It's really all about big money players, Money is just a tool. And a nations future needs and control. I'm very sure they will want to keep this technology in the USA. I can tell you something about that prodropper. BUT THEY WILL PULL MY POST. It's wicked.
Keep in mind pro dropper can also be used for as A PICK UP TOOL without human interaction with the drone. with a special made cargo box that also has extra power supply made in that cargo box A very big plus here as well. No other drone can do this that easy.
