see the published date on the Nevada SOS for Authorized share reduction to 100,000,000 common shares on November 17, 2015. However,wanted to make sure its pointed out the Effective date was November 3, 2015. That can be verified by going to the amendment section on our Redux Holdings, Inc. portal on the Nevada SOS.
Its key to point out if given a chance, effective date is a very important detail as it shows that it was made effective prior to PR'ing the update.
