Tintri now has more than 800 enterprise customers, including many customers who have purchased more than $1 million in aggregate products and services, running 500,000 VMs and 50 PB of virtualized workloads.
The company is also announcing its "Simplest Storage, Guaranteed" program, to enable enterprises and cloud service providers to try Tintri for 30 days, achieve industry-leading time to production at less than 60 minutes, and reduce storage operating costs and footprint by 60%. To help the registered customers keep track of the time Tintri saves, they will receive an Apple Watch.

A Taneja Group study of Tintri customers shows Tintri dramatically reduced time spent on deployment and provisioning compared to conventional storage. Customers reported up to 52x reduction in time for implementation and 60x decrease in annual management time.
