Here's the thing. The company filed a pre 14c. Which is an announcement that they plan to do an r/s. However that was almost a month ago and nothing has been said about it since.
If you really want to get into the thick of it here it is. Believe me or not but this is my explanation.
They anounced the 5 mil equity line beginning of October. They have a deal worked out with GHS Capitol. This is still good to go and we should see it soon.
However GHS doesn't want to give tbev the money until they deal with the tox loan from legends inc. ( if you want more details on legends pm me, I don't have much but if you want to do the research I can get you started)
This makes sense it's an awful lot of money to give to someone who is at the mercy of a tox lender. So the company spent about a month trying to negotiate with this lender. To no avail they didn't want to sell the note back at a fair price they wanted to dump it into the market to make more money.
The pre14c is unfortunately for us a game of chicken between the lender and tbev. To force the lenders hand into settling the note. What I have heard from Joe lately is that this worked in he companies favor. They are currently in process settling the note. An agreement had been reached and we are just waiting for paperwork to be signed from the lender. I am betting this will be done this week. If you want screen shots of conversations with Joe pm me but I've already posted most of them on ihub though they may have been deleted
so the r/s rumors do have some truth to them however I'm not really worried if an r/s happens it most likely won't be until spring of next year. Also it's not like we won't see it coming. They have to do more filings to announce it at which time they have to wait two weeks before they can enact it. So if you see the filings for the r/s you still have two weeks to make a decision.
Don't let bashers scare you out of your position with talk of an r/s. Right now the biggest concern is the slowly rising ask and the slowly diminishing bid. However I would think we will be seeing something this week. And I think we can make it to news before we see any sign of 2's.
Things to look forward to after the 8k? New flavors, production runs, distribution news, advertising, the sky is the limit. Right now it's a political stock game. But soon the drink will be doing the talking. We just have to take a risk and hold for the last part of this terrifying roller coaster.
If anything was going to scare us away it should have been the drop from .0027 to .0003.
