Thank you jazz I appreciate you writing this. I have been involved in literally countless penny stocks where red flags were flying at full mast, and yet people kept buying and buying and buying, all the way down down .0001 and a RS, before they actually got upset. The way to 'try" and get something done is to exert pressure via the one method you have at your disposal...cutting off the spigot of money used to buy shares and fund their dilution and operations. Without it.....they are dead in the water. But so many times I see people just happily tout away and tow the company line....all the way to their investment being worthless. Now, maybe that makes some people happy, to lose money while at least being part of something like a company. But for me? I don't like to see my VERY hard earned money go away to nothingness.

This stock has dropped 98% in a year and a half and yet some act as if they could not be happier. The gentleman before me who made the petition is at least TRYING to do something constructive. I applaud him for that. I don't think there is anyway in a million years NTEK will allow two new board members who are from the message boards, but at least he is trying. Which is better than I can say for some.
