Here is what irritates me. My wife and I traveled to San Jose from S Cal in August at our own time and expense. From Fri to Sun. By the time you add in gas, food, hotel, everything else, it was over a $1000 trip. Not huge, but still. We cared enough to go and to try and help however we could. We went to the SHM and were told not only in front of everyone else, but privately as well, that NO raise in the AS was planned for the foreseeable future. Was also told not RS. As a result, not only did I buy more shares, but I had a couple close friends and a buying group I am close with (and who's respect I wish to keep) based on this "no AS raise/no RS" promise.

And yes, before I say anymore I understand these are penny stocks and we all accept that risk and almost anything goes. Still, when a man looks you dead in the eye and says something, you want to believe it. I did. As a result of this, between me, my friends, and the buying group, there has probably been over $200 K lost in REAL money. Money we all worked hard for. I feel as if I was played and I do not like that. As a result, unless something radical changes, I cannot give my support to this company like I was before this. They have proven, to me anyway, how they operate and how they do business. I cannot and will not respect that.
