Volume is light. IHSI has news on the grow results due any day. Financials pending (due any day) and may contain the $92,000 Suncloak LED Lighting Systems order. More information due on the Honeywell/Caltrans contract potential. Further word on the additional $92,000 Suncloak orders, pending the grow results. A follow up on the S-1 ($5M equity line financing) submitted a couple of months ago. I am liking our chances for a breakout as per the charts, there is no overhead and the technicals are lining up perfectly. It just needs a catalyst with a series of this and other news.
One of the most important things for me as an investor is, the CEO publicly commented on NO R/S, "One final comment," Jones stated, "There have been inquiries and correspondence from shareholders about a reverse split being considered. The Company has not discussed nor has it considered a reverse split at this time. Our focus is getting our financial house in order and expansion of the Company business." http://yhoo.it/1XM7cwL
The Share Structure is low compared to many MJ plays, only 1.6 billion float
and 1.7 billion O/S. It appears they plan to sell shares, but that has been
designated won't happen until target prices are reached, which indicates they know they won't sell many shares down at these levels until the stock price has a significant rise in price. This based on my observation of other stocks conducting this style of equity financing. This bodes well.
