I am liking our chances for a breakout as per the charts, there is no overhead and the technicals are lining up perfectly. It just needs a catalyst with a series of this and other news.

and 1.7 billion O/S. It appears they plan to sell shares, but that has been
designated won't happen until target prices are reached, which indicates they know they won't sell many shares down at these levels until the stock price has a significant rise in price. This based on my observation of other stocks conducting this style of equity financing. This bodes well.
