Ok Coach Here's a plan.
To be fair there needs to be a short term reverse split. We can can break the 8 million dollars down and place it on the side lines.
The pitch SELLING DSUSA FRANCHISE RIGHTS. Just north America alone when done proper should more then cover the 8 million dollars. If we look at the USA alone selling the program 52 times at about 1 million dollars per state. We cover any and all of the outstanding shares covering both sides of this problem.
The new franchise owners can then sell and set up dealers & operators in their states working with police Health rescue & military and setting up drone schools and driving ranges. Just working with the bankers & insurance business will keep them busy. They are always looking for lost property
And then setting up and selling the territory within their state, including shops for repair and service. This is a commercial operation. So several ways for dealers, Schools , Repairs SELLS & SERVICE I'm thinking about 25 to 50 thousand dollars per county & operating fees to the Franchise owners and we also collect operating fees and control drone sells and operations. May also work with FAA and issue several license for limited flight operators.
AND THIS IS JUST THE USA.... There's a big world out their.
We already have a operating branch in HAWAII as a operating model may just need a franchised sharp looking shop designed around the DSUSA logos like the Air show booths. But in a store front design. And because we are a commercial operation they really don't need high dollar locations to set up shop. Sort of like a radio shack looking store front.
Well I checked it out and buyers of DSUS in that small pocket or gap of operation under DSUS DO HAVE RIGHTS TO THIS TECHNOLOGY left behind by the Board of directors. That's a strong case. The other merger is GREY. Only because the symbol changed and was not a drone business.
But as laid out and handled properly. There is plenty on the table to work with here. And I feel there is plenty for everybody and future opportunity as well.
My only problem is I have a few medical problems and retired. So we need that younger blood that has vision to see what is on the table here to work with. It's a gold mine here for only a PENNY or LESS per share.
52 states = 52 million dollars just USA alone, then just add Canada and then the rest of the world. 8 million is a joke.
By the way a good read >
HATCHING TWITTER a true story of money power friendship & betrayal..
GREAT TECHNOLOGY BIG BUCKS IN THE HOLE went from nothing to 50 bucks a share.
And they are still writing their story to this day.
