There's no semantics argument. Some of you people are just twisting things to justify the fraudsters' kicking victims who are laying in the street bleeding.
If my dog bites me and I take him to the farm, I'm not missing.
It's only been 2 months since he issued a PR. He's been on this board and Ihub.. Why should he want to talk to anyone after what he's read ?
As soon as I read his logs I figured out he use to run one of the most popular junior mining boards on Ihub.
He thought he was going to be the hero by giving the common shareholders a fantastic divy which never happens on penny stocks. Everyone is still going to end up with their divy. The only things he did wrong was under estimating the powers of the loan sharks and spending 400k of the companies money trying to prop the pps up, which can be viewed as manipulation.

Why can't the fraudsters try helping someone for once instead of kicking people when they're down ? This same thing happened when one of our oil people became an officer of an oil company. "OH He's a scammer now. Kick him in the head as hard as you can."
