Kim/Rosen et al gotta be worried given regs, inc among other things that caught me eye, the "reasonableness of inquiry" (p. 27/33) and their "continuing obligation" to investigate the merits of any legal action taken on (p. 32/38). Lots of cases cited where judge dealt sanctions.
