ThreeFlight, there are 3 kinds of people in the world: 1) those who are good at math and 2) those who are not.
Seriously, though, your math is off by about $10 million. Based on when the shares were issued and the price of the stock at the time, I'd say that the first batch of 400 milion shares announced in the first quarter, were sold at an average of 2.5 cents. That's $10 million. The next 400 million, sold over the summer, probably averaged about 1 cent per share, bringing in about $4 million. The next 200 million probably averaged (so far) about $0.008, bringing in about $1.6 million. Therefore, I think the diluted shares brought in closer to $15 million, not $25 million.
