Mexico, check your CC charges I did the same thing with different card then looked at CC on line and both cards were charged I'm guessing it would show up on app but didn't show up on website for some reason. I'll give one membership to my son in-law so Atlas put me down for 2 @ $99. next week after the dust settles I will call customer support and straighten out accounts.
My Daughter and son in-law just bought new place in Jersey City and bought 2 60" Vizio's I help him mount TV's on wall and installed Our app couple weeks ago easy peasy!!
