Let´s assume your number is halfway realistic ... if so great ... but couldn´t/wouldn´t it be much higher if NTEK would have done that awareness-campaign which they claimed to occur before this neuralgic week? Completely ununderstandable why they didn´t it ... nosy for a plausible reason ...
