So, they finally changed the Ultraflix website int
Post# of 2009
However, fundamentally nothing changed. Just two content categories are listed in addition to "New Releases" and "Features". No mention of how much rentals cost, or even the fact that there is lots of free content. No mention that all content is UHD.
There's no direct link to the Ultraflix App, not even talk about an App, just some silly count down delay coming from the Android link on the "platform" page, pushing people to sign up, and then get a link to download an APX file.
Also, no trace of the Ultraflix logo ... ??
It's basically the old site in a new package, with still some work at hand.
But hey, it's a start, I (would) bet it will be updated, soon.
Now they are selling Black Friday packages, the best deal is $99 for 99 rentals. The other packages OK, but 99 rentals @ $1 a piece? WTF ?
I don't get it. Have they enough cash to give rentals away, or are they desperate to get a quick buck and increase sign-ups ?
And UF is now on Hisense, according to the UF site (though the link doesn't work)? Was there any PR regarding this ?
No more mention of the OSx version of UF. Guess that was some kind of a makeshift UF adaption never officially accepted by Apple.
What is more important is that the SP was heading in the wrong direction again yesterday, breaking the 52 week low.
The pending proxy @ work ?
