Elsh you bring up good point and I also question that # and am sure it's a big part of the prior hang up with the audited fins as appears they can't agree what is really out there share-wise - we need clear concise #'s of what's out in float not what all are included with excess sitting on shelf that can be exercised at will

Only then can one determine fair valuation -I've seen shelf usage deteriorate a stocks SP by over 50% prior so am hawking Co - I'm as legit as a trader can be and will never let a fellow investor be railroaded if I see it coming. Don't cotton to any thief after my or any others hard earned $$'s

In that you can trust - group cleaned up beginning of month selling Plug above $2.9 and used profits to load RMHB -- now they need to earn trust back Cleaning up past history they are not a what have you done for me lately qualified Co currently - just MHO

IMHO rating RMHB today - with 5 a strong buy and 0 a sell -- assigning a 3 -hold and will pull the 1mm buy @ 0.05 unless they deliver well overdue news not the next swamp water they can find to infuse
