GLDG- Combo Hitter emerges as undisputed champion of intense Euphoria workout: Stretching Out

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Just this once, it would have been nice to follow the instructions, to perform the exercises suggested by the manufacturer.
But no, we had to go off-script. In order to acquaint me with his new Combo Hitter machine, a wildly versatile boxing trainer created by mixed martial artist Brad Kohler, Euphoria Health and Fitness owner Kyle Amsdell had to put me through his workout, a whole-body wringer of his own invention. Oh, well.
I complain, but I know Amsdell's way was far more thorough. Had I simply toyed around with Combo Hitter alone, I might have been impressed but I would not have grasped even half the object's true potential. I also wouldn't have half the soreness I do today.
What I would have done, if left to my own devices: punch, knee and kick until I got bored. A 360-degree boxing target similar to a speed-bag but mounted on the wall horizontally rather than vertically, the Combo Hitter ($299, combohitter.com) begs to be whaled on indiscriminately. That's the effect of a bag that truly can be hit from all angles...
