mortox a R/S does not change the market value of
Post# of 96879
a company. If NTEK were to do a R/S of say 1-10
That means if you have 1,000,000 shares when the stock
was at .007 you have $7,000.
The day the R/S takes effect you would then have
100,000 shares but the stock would open at .07.
You still have $7,000.
The only time I have ever heard NTEK talk about
doing a R/S was at their SHM where they would
only consider it if they wanted to move to a higher
exchange.
Bottom line is
A R/S is only negative if the company doing it
does not have a viable business model, but since
we know from all the evidence NTEK has a great
future ahead making HUNDREDS of MILLIONS of $$$$
with ULTRAFLIX growing rapidly for years and years there
in nothing to be concerned about a R/S.
