Just because everyone else lies doesn't make it ok that ntek did. You're wrong about nteks excuse for the np1's. Lying convicted criminal David Foley said np1's by Christmas 2 years ago but the prototypes weren't built! Add to that, and the scumbag officers said in the 2013 shm "audits, uplist, and a host of other lies/promises. It's all the same to them. They criminally pumped and ran the pps where it had no business being!
