I am not surprised by this thanks to the FAA delay

I am not surprised by this thanks to the FAA delays. Truthfully I looked at the close today and thought what an attractive buying opportunity this is. I would like to call the bottom but with silence fromm the FAA that may be hard, I am considering a couple million more next open if the price remains at this level.
