To me, NTEK is really blowing it by not doing more with the EDM market. That is something that could have started to create a solid cash flow so they did not have to dilute to the extent they have. I don't think they realize what a gold mine that market would be for them...yet. Hopefully soon.
Other than that you have the usual things going on with the audits (in talking to them at the SHM, my impression was they would not be coming out anytime soon, if ever), RC-which amazes me that people don't ask more questions about, and this coming proxy.
The one thing I have to ask all shareholders is this. Why is it that NTEK, in the center of the VC universe in Silicon Valley, has had to resort to funding itself via a shady toxic financier probably started by its founder? VC's should be lining up to get involved. And they are not. Makes you go hmmmmmm. And to go along with that, if it's one thing people love, it's money. People are by nature greedy. So for the investment community to NOT be buying this stock up, despite all that is 'going on'? Again, makes one go hmmmm.
