So far we have a very capable mgmt team that is either at retirement age, beyond retirement age or come out of retirement to work the promotion of this company. They have a group of products that are at the right time and place with the whole legalization legislation happening all over the country and the products are destined to succeed. Problem is, who knows how long that could take without a jump start? So in steps in Todd Kornely from snapple group, still has a few years+ in him and has a direct connection with the one company that has the most to gain from a partnership or just a flatout Buyout. Dr pepper/ snapple has a long history of grabbing up smaller startups and adding them to their vast distribution network. They have a ton of different products and have the backing to make RMHB products a household name. What if DPSG put him there for a reason? He was pretty much set at DPSG with no reason to leave. Seems odd to me that he would do so. Jerry is a great guy and has strong family values but he also is a very smart businessman. He could promote a sale of the company and still set his family up for generations to come.
No matter what happens I truely feel the company is in good shape for a startup in their first year. Long term, 5-10 years the company stands to be the key player in the hemp bev industry. The real Question is, does mgmt have that kind of time?
I do!
Thanks, Tim
