PPs not going to move with 5 billion O/S and Float

PPs not going to move with 5 billion O/S and Float of 5 Billion, this makes to many flippers.
Guess all I can say is good luck with PP movement with 6.5 Billion and hopes of 5 billion, I don't see PPs moving with SS of 5 billion, maybe I can be proven wrong and I'll come back saying, Guess I was wrong.
