Distribution synergies

I am new to the stock. I do not know much about their financing yet. Assuming they have some strong backing, they should look at taking over a specialty beverage company to gain the facilities and distribution chain.

Someone like Jones Soda could make a good target. I'm not even sure how they are still in business, as they've had losses for as long as I can remember. They are finally just about to breakeven, but I have to believe if they can't make it after this long, there isn't much hope. Maybe they could acquire them if/when they are forced to liquidate.
