The Company has recently relaunched its website (www.ecodepo.co) that features the WaterGizzi H2O and the Watergizzi Draw products that are currently available for purchase along with several “limited time offer” bundles. A “Pre-Order” feature was also launched on September 15, 2015 and there have alreadybeen orders.
The Company has recently executed a 100:1 reverse-split of itscommon shares, with the fractional shares being rounded up. This corporate action was announced by FINRA on Oct 2, 2015 and executed on Oct 5, 2015. The reversal of the common shares is a strategic move that enables the Company to take advantage of otherexclusive WaterGizzi products.
The official launchof the WaterGizzi products has been slated for October 12, 2015, however, we’ve been able to fulfill delivery as of October 8, 2015. The sale of our products will take place through various online platforms, social media networking and distribution through retail/wholesale outlets. The push to get the WaterGizzi brand recognized and products placed with a major retailer will be our continued focus going forward.
