OK, I will try to answer this one. Nov. 30 is the execution date in which anyone owning shares of FITX will now own one share of Cen for every 700 shares of FITX owned.
Now, what has to happen at that point is that the transfer agent for the new company, Cen , will have to transfer the paper shares to the brokers, like T.D. , Scottrade, etc..
The ticker will most likely show on the account with a ' 0.000 ' , value as it can not be traded until physical shares are in hand of the broker, market maker, to create the market for them.
I mentioned a short time back that Cen can delay that transfer of paper for a short period, if they think that they can add some value through the publication of some business deal completion of some sort, or , perhaps a resolution of some legal issue, or both.
I would expect to see the ticker, and number of shares owned to show up pretty soon on my broker account, but, I do not expect to see any trading of the stock for about a month, and maybe early January. If it occurs before then......Whoo Hooooo......but, I do not really expect it to.
One thing I do know that will happen is that all these bashing ass holes will have to find another hole to splash their mud in.
