I am kind of shocked they haven't been bought up already to be honest.
With the touting of the 3Q financials being game changing, those who
believe it don't seem to be expressing much interest in the market side
and purchasing these cheap shares. I have bought some, but due to
some technical indicators have decided to hold off until the financials
