Visited Best Buy yesterday in SE Pennsylvania--
First, Ultraflix has always been featured on UHD Vizios, but now it is all over Samsung UHDs--the largest display in the store--it's constantly referenced on the content loops--while an Interstellar clip flashes on the screen, you see and hear "and movies on Ultraflix".
Most impressively, it's a featured app on the display panel stationed in front of the TVs where you can press one of four buttons and select the features you want to see--movies, sports, streaming info, I forget the other button--
On the display panel, the Ultraflix logo is CENTERED among five other apps, flanked by Netflix and YouTube on the left, and Amazon and MGo on the right--
Second, I played dumb and asked the sales guy if he knew anything about Ultraflix and pointed to the logo on the display panel--in the past, the response/knowledge has been limited, but yesterday, he perked up and said it was brand new and was all 4K.
Third, unfortunately he didn't know many more details about Ultraflix, did not promote Paramount movies and wasn't aware of the Sony/Ultraflix connection--I made a point of pointing out that I had read somewhere about the Terminator Genisys/Sony freebie within earshot of other customers, though.
Going back on Black Friday to continue fueling the Ultraflix buzz...
