NASDAQ STOCKHOLM WELCOMES MAXKOMPETENS TO FIRST NORTH

Stockholm, November 23, 2015 — Nasdaq (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announces that the trading in Maxkompetens Sverige AB’s shares (short name: MAXK) commenced today on Nasdaq First North in Stockholm. Maxkompetens belongs to the industrial sector and is the 79 th company to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq’s Nordic markets* in 2015.

Maxkompetens is a consulting company specialized in temporary staffing and recruitment solutions. The company provides skilled competence to technology, IT and industrial companies as well as to student health departments at schools, and offers its services on a temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire basis.
