I would vote no to a buy out. The bulk of my shares are in IRA which I have to begin taking $ out now that I'm of age where its mandatory. I believe though that the foundations have been laid to develop NTEK into a billion dollar company so why sell for pennies on the dollar. Some will be excited to get an immediate profit on their investment but wait one or two years and this could easily be a multiple dollar stock. All the officers of NTEK have worked for established tech companies and left to take on the challenge of this venture. They like their independence and know where this is all heading. Let it ride and we all benefit with them. I am comfortable with what they have accomplished in such a short time and where this is all heading. 4K is the future of television and 4k streaming is where its at. I have never had a stock like this in forty years and I am excited.
