Cool down. Last thing I want to see here is a discussion between longs and much less by a post I made. Together we're stronger.
My position:
If CRGP is not a scam: Poor and lousy management response from CRGP and Milagros. Not responding to a lawsuit, not giving explanations, shareholders left by themselves. I wouldn't like to be a shareholder of the new merged company. Nevertheless, I won't sell any of my shares before a formal (SEC regulated) buyout.
If CRGP is a scam: Believe it or not, I think it's a possibility. Mines may be there, but no idea about real production. The scam is not a fake company and dishonest directors. It's market participants like Nobilis, Beaufort, COR, ETrade, creating a fraudulent scheme with fake company, fake notes, fake shares, fake directors. Lawsuit is only a smokescreen to cover themselves. CRGP is just one more of their many "projects". Nevertheless, I won't sell any of my shares until they're forced to cover, if that ever happens.
