If Fuja is right and NTGL is close to announcing some
major contracts in the next couple months then
we would probably see another move up in
the stock to say the .04 level.
Now that would make the 150M NTGL shares on
the NTEK balance sheet worth $6Million.
In that scenario a possible way the proxy may
play out is maybe they only sell off about 50%
of NTGL shares for $3Million to either
NTEK insiders or an outside entity who has
also been accumulating NTEK shares down here
sub penny to take advantage of the HUGE
mark up the NTEK stock price would get
getting its hand on $3Million Cash to further
Grow UF and payoff all its convertible debt.
Anyway this goes its win win for NTEK/NTGL
if NTGL gets some significant casino contracts
in the next few months.
