DRONE SERVICES of HAWAII USA
as of October 18th 2015 with Mike Elliot still listed on both the old DSUS web site as well as the new web site has Mike Elliot as a BOARD MEMBER and his business operating as a DSUS business model as presented in the face book photos and web site.
The day they started trading DSUS STOCK TO THE PUBLIC DSUS HAWAII was on the hook
You just can't walk away from that.
Mike Elliot needs to take over DSUS as CEO. Joel needs to step down as CEO but still stay involved.
Mike and Ramsey both have the most at risk here.
They both have much more to gain by working this out.
You know this is starting to look like the TWITTER business start-up mess
