Steel Penny imo the way it will work is when the
proxy comes out NTEK will state the Cutoff Date
in the details of the proxy where how many shares
you have will be counted.
However, like others have stated and I agree,
NTEK INSIDERS KNOW they have enough
VOTING SHARES to pass anything they want to
with a majority vote or they wouldn't do it.
In reality this is being done as a courtesy to
NTEK shareholders because of the MAJOR
SIGNIFICANCE it is going to have to structure
the company for maximum growth going forward.
They also likely have been advised by their lawyers
and SEC rules they have to do it because of particular
details involved, but bottom line is they wouldn't do it
unless they ALREADY KNOW the OUTCOME of the
VOTE.
