But the shares are not in the OS yet, at least not the way NTEK has been doing it. Yes, if they were given to RC or whomever as restricted shares, you could say that. But they are not. As far as I can tell the shares are being given to RC and pretty much being sold into the market right away. Lots of companies, like Dutchess for example, do it this way. Think about it, if they were to retire $2.8 M in debt, that would require AT MINIMUM 400,000,000 in shares (actually I think the law requires more than that) to be held as restricted. Obviously there are not 400,000,000 restricted shares out there right now.
I think I see what you were getting at, but in this case, that does not apply here.
