There was a post from IR on FB indicating the prox

There was a post from IR on FB indicating the proxy would be related to reducing the debt ratio however IT WAS NOT STATED ANYWHERE THAT THE O/S WOULD BE REDUCED.

I'd love to see a reduction in O/S but that is NOT what was stated by IR.
