Paying off a 500-700K note, collecting interest will be higher than the original note. I think you're right as they'll need the cash to settle the note and a decent sized amount of cash to continue production and another decent amount of cash to show as revenue to meet their own goals. If the expansion continues at this rate and they pick up more franchisees at 25K per, and they already have (conservatively) 15. 25K X 15= 375K, which will not be enough to settle the note at present. Consider shipment runs to Korea, one we know of for sure, and another which they said they would post a video of, we can only guess as to what that would bring in. 200K? Maybe. Add in a potential 1.2 million PO and we are still only looking at 1.75 million without calculating NOLA, the small revenue from online, etc. Still not enough to pay off a note, keep production going and show a healthy revenue. It would definitely explain the need to hold off until EOY or Q1 2016. Once that happens though, all bets are off for this level. I don't think we will see it again.
