COWI only has about $26,000 in cash according to its latest financial report which just came out. However, they also report pending revenue of some $200,000 dollars from recent deals, and suggest that this is just the beginning.
There are no guarantees folks, but this company might be one to watch. If nothing else, a small position of just a few million shares could yield a high profit once the buy-back program begins.
