Sheeesh! Ntek doesn't have to use 2.8 million to buy ntgl shares, OR ntek shares! They issued the ntgl shares, extra remember, when they increased A.S. They can also increase os to give us our shares!
They don't need to buy back ntek shares either. They haven't issued all the newly increased a.s. shares yet so they could simply not issue them. Unless they're talking about keeping O. S. where it is and doing the buyback to get under a billion shares.
