I have held NTEK shares for over (2) years now. I’ve been attempting to ascertain the purpose and validity of Royal Capital Group, roycapgp.com. Here are the facts I’ve compiled. ALL of this information may be easily verified by anyone who wishes to do the same DD on their own - this is public information for anyone who cares to look. I’m still not exactly sure who Royal Capital Group is, it's purpose, and how it may or may not benefit NTEK and/or it’s shareholders. You know what I know based on NTEK's filings - which is to say NTEK has issued them a lot of shares.
If there is more information about RCG than what I’ve listed below and have read online, I’d like to know as an investor, which is why I’m posting my findings below.
Note, I'm NOT drawing any conclusions except presenting my findings. I'm not exactly sure what to make of all of this except to say, I'd like to hear a reasoninle explanation over all of this.
At this point in time, after discovering what I’ve linked below, I want to know if Royal Capital Group (listed in NTEK filings/reports) is a legal Business in California - who it’s officer(s) are, and who legally owns the business if it exists as a legal entity. Since I'm not a lawyer, although some of these findings strike me as suspicious, I am also very aware that there could quite possibly be a very good explanation for all of it - I just haven't heard of one yet. For example, Royal Capital Group is not licensed to do business in Los Gatos, CA as of 11/16/15. Their website shows a Los Gatos, CA address. To me, that doesn't seem right but perhaps there is an explanation out there that I'm not aware of - or at least I hope there is.
Secondly, I’d like to know and understand it’s (RCG) purpose and/or benefit to NTEK and it’s shareholders. I've only read very broad and vague explanations about RCG's benefit to NTEK and consequently, it's retail shareholders like me. Based on what I now know, this has not instilled confidence in my investment.
Before you reply with NTEK’s IR contact info, I’ve already attempted to contact IR via email and have not received a response to date. What am I supposed to do?
Can any of you make heads or tails out of the information I'm posting below? Am I supposed to simply ignore this information?
