I think that many would agree that the wheels of Federal

I think that many would agree that the wheels of Federal Governments move slowly, and that macro policies can have long standing micro effects. In 1970, Richard Nixon asked a panel of experts to study marijuana, and they reported to him that it was not very dangerous and should not be regulated. He proceeded to put it in the most dangerous classification of drugs, and we continue to fight the battle royale 45 years later to undo the wrong.

When the acting head of the DEA called medical marijuana "a joke" a few weeks ago, a Congressman gave a speech this week on the floor of the House calling for his ouster, saying that the DEA chief was too far behind the times.

This week the new Prime Minister gave the word to his cabinet to start working on the legalization of marijuana in Canada. We know that at some point, when FITX was ready for inspection, someone in the Harper regime put the brakes on the whole Medical Marijuana program, harming FITX and many other companies.

Now that the "brakes" are off at the top or macro level, it will be very interesting to see how long it will take for any chinks in the armor to appear at the micro or specific company level. We are entering a very interesting transition. For more than a year, the Marijuana Sector has been in a severe Bear Market, even though much progress has been made in the macro movement toward legalization. At some point, the stocks in the sector will reflect the progress that has been made.

I am completely optimistic about the macro and micro changes coming. Cen Bio has a very strong legal case on the NAFTA, Federal, and Municipal level, and I think they will prevail. I also think that the Bear Market in the sector will reverse.
It looks to be a very interesting 2016, and I look forward to sharing all the exciting changes with all the longs on this board, who so faithfully report what is going on.

No one can predict exactly when things will change, but IMO the "tipping point" has already happened, and it is a matter of "when" not "if". GLTA
