Blue Water Announces Delisting, Litigation and Cessation of Operations

ST. MAARTEN, DUTCH WEST INDIES / ACCESSWIRE / November 18, 2015 / Blue Water Global Group, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: BLUU) announces that as anticipated in its October 21, 2015 Message From President Blue Water's common stock has been delisted from the OTC Bulletin Board. Shares of Blue Water's common stock resumed trading on the OTC Pink Sheets under the same ticker symbol (BLUU).
Over the past several months Blue Water has been involved in discussions with its convertible debt holders to restructure its outstanding convertible debt and allow for the company to raise new capital to continue ongoing operations. These talks have proven to be in vain and yesterday Blue Water's resident agent was served with a lawsuit filed in Texas by one of its convertible debt holders, JSJ Investments, Inc. Blue Water does not have the resources to retain legal counsel to fight this litigation.
As a result of the foregoing and Blue Water's continued inability to attract new capital, Blue Water has been forced to cease all operations, including construction of its restaurant and investor/social media relations support. Blue Water's management will continue its best efforts to try and resolve this debt crisis sufficiently in order to raise enough new capital to resume operations and satisfy all outstanding accounts payable obligations.
