You misspelled "scram" they give 15 minutes to update ... ORTC keeps inking lucrative contracts worth millions which will push the PPS up very high once FINRA releases the ORTC BOMBSHELL! As the PPS rises I expect many to "scram" to other tickers where their boss tells them to go lol you know the drill... ORTC is the REAL DEAL ...
