Absolutely correct. Though there are some that believe because they post a link to a claim of illegal activity by The Fab 43 that it is gospel and the Fab 23 are proven guilty.

Almost every charge in the SEC complaint it say's that " it is believed these actions took place ". Which means so called Mount Bullshit of evidence they have still must be proven in a court of law heard by a jury of 12.

Few believe this but a link has been posted several times here and in the Ridiculous Zone that NSS do exist, with a reasonable explanation of how it is done without being visible. Yet those that benefit the most " IF " NSS don not exist deny the article. They would rather believe the Bullshit the OTC puts out. BTW Hedge funds do not have to claim FTD's.
