LOL he's the same jack*** who said "CRGP will certainly be in receivership"
He doesn't know what he's talking about... FINRA does not have authority to take away funds that have already been disbursed.. They can fine corporations and brokers but they don't have the authority to rescind dividends.. and if they did they would have do so by now and would not have allowed to stock to continue trading. Also, if DTCC could simply reverse it on its own it would have also done it a long time ago...
