I ordered a 500mg tincture of CBD Oil on 11/7. I haven't received it or did I receive an order confirmation from AllCBD.com. I used Paypal. Before they ran out of stock for months I used Paypal and had the same issue. They told me at that time they were having problems with Paypal so I cancelled the order and used a CC. Anyone else having problems with receiving product or ordering through Paypal or all the above?
